Heather joined McLean in 2024 to provide administrative support to the wealth management and leadership teams. Prior to McLean, she worked in mortgage services at Sandy Spring Bank, gaining experience as a Loan Processor and Loan Officer Assistant. Heather also has a background in accounting, and she volunteers as a certified income tax preparer with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
